Foreseeson values our relationship with each of our customers and the trust you place with us, particularly when you provide personal information to us online. We work very hard to protect the security and privacy of any personal information you provide to us in accordance with this Security policy and our Privacy policy.
We take extensive measures designed to protect your privacy by safeguarding any personal information we collect, provide to third-party service providers and/or store during the course of doing business together. All the information you provide to us is securely maintained and is kept strictly confidential to a level appropriate to the level of sensitivity of the information.
We use a variety of security measures such as restricting employee access to files and data centers. In addition we make use of electronic security measures such as passwords, personal ID numbers, tokenization and data encryption as appropriate.
Employees must conform to Foreseeson’ privacy policies, procedures and code of conduct and observe the highest standards of confidentiality. We subscribe to the general principle that only those employees that need to know the information in order to provide you services have access to your information.
We use a technology called TLS (Transport Layer Security) for communications with most of our websites. If your browser is capable of TLS (and most are), your personal information will be automatically encrypted, or encoded, before it is sent over the Internet. The encryption process protects your information, such as phone number, billing and shipping information by scrambling it before it is sent to us from your computer.
When you enter a secured portion of our websites, an image of a closed lock or a solid key should appear in the top bar of your browser window. If you click on this image, a small popup window displaying site-security information will appear. This certificate is confirmation that your personal information is being transmitted in secure (encrypted) form to our company web server, not to some unknown or unauthorized server.

Image Collection and Usage
Collection of Images
Our application allows users to select and upload images for the sole purpose of creating and ordering custom photo albums. These images remain on your device and are not collected by us until you choose to upload them for placing an order.
By uploading images, you explicitly consent to the collection, use, and storage of those images as described in this policy.
Usage of Collected Images
Upon placing an order, the images you’ve uploaded are used exclusively for the creation of your custom photo album. These images are securely transferred to our trusted third-party printing partner for the specific purpose of printing your photo album.
Encryption in Transit
All images are encrypted during transmission from your device to our servers, and from our servers to our third-party printing partner, to enhance security.
Storage and Automatic Deletion
Your images are temporarily stored on our secure servers upon upload. These images are automatically deleted 60 days after the upload date to ensure your privacy. Our servers employ modern encryption methods to secure your data.
Third-Party Sharing
The collected images are shared only with our trusted third-party printing partner for the exclusive purpose of printing your custom photo album. We do not share your images with any other third parties unless required by law.
Security Measures
We employ secure data transmission and storage technologies to protect your images. However, we must emphasize that no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
User Rights You have the right to request the deletion of your images from our servers within the 60-day storage period, except where we are legally obligated to retain the data.

Automatic online collection of information
When you visit our Websites, you are welcome to browse anonymously without providing personal information. Like most companies, we automatically gather certain forms of aggregated or non-personally identifiable data when you interact with our digital or electronic properties and communications, such as our Websites, Apps, emails and texts (collectively referred to as “digital properties”). Interactions on social media platforms are governed by the privacy policies of each of these platforms. Reports provided by social media platforms do not include personal information and contain only aggregated and de-identified data.

The automated information we collect helps us to improve our Websites and to deliver a better and more personalized service.
Most of the information collected is aggregated and statistical and helps us to understand how visitors explore and interact with our Websites. This information is collected through users’ Google ad settings and the reports provided are aggregated and do not include any personally identifiable information.

However, we recommend you leave cookies turned on if you wish to get the full benefits of our Websites, enjoy improved services and performance, like product and service recommendations, and to assist us in recognizing you, such as when you log into your Foreseeson online account and showing items remaining in shopping cart from a prior visit to our Website . Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you direct your browser to our Websites.
Web Beacons, Pixels & Tags. Web beacons are also known as clear GIFs, web bugs, tracer tags or pixels, and may be used alone or in combination with cookies. These are small objects embedded into a web page on our Websites or other digital properties, and are used for many of the same purposes as cookies and allow us to gather aggregate statistics about website usage patterns, such as how many times a link or a page on a website is visited, how many of our emails were opened, activity generated by emails and support ongoing customer communications.
Web beacons and pixels may also be used to help us optimize and tailor our Websites for customers and provide ads tailored to your interests.
